1:1 GUIDANCE + COACHING

This work is for thoughtful, intelligent women who are tired of trying to fix themselves.

Many of the women who come to me have complex (health) histories or current ones. They’ve read the books, tried the therapies, seen the specialists. They understand a lot, but still don’t feel truly at ease in their own bodies.

These private online sessions (via Zoom) are fully tailored to you.

We work with yoga, breath, nervous system regulation, meditation, and embodied inquiry. I meet you where you are.

I listen deeply. And from that place, the session unfolds.

You might come to me if:
• You feel overwhelmed
• You’ve tried many approaches but still feel unsettled
• You long for a deeper calm
• You hold a lot for others and rarely feel fully held yourself
• You want to feel safe in your body again

In our work together, you learn how to access your own steadiness. You learn how to reconnect to your wise body and your intuïtion. And as a bonus, your strength and flexibility can increase.
